Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about mall advertising, billboards, digital displays, and running a campaign with MallAds.com.

These are the questions advertisers ask us most often, drawn from twenty years of placing common-area media inside American shopping centers. They cover what campaigns cost, how long a flight runs, which formats suit which objectives, how production and installation are handled, and what happens once your creative is posted.

Pricing is the most common starting point. Rates vary by market, property tier, format, number of faces, and flight length, which is why we quote property by property instead of publishing a rate card. A single backlit panel in a secondary market and a center court sky banner in a top-ten metro are different products at different prices, and the right answer depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

Timing matters almost as much. Prime corridor positions renew with existing advertisers and fourth-quarter inventory is usually committed by early autumn, so campaigns planned six to twelve weeks out get the pick of the property rather than whatever is left.

If your question is not answered below, call (800) 548-1196 or email info@mallads.com. A specialist will answer directly, and there is no obligation attached to asking.

Mall advertising places your brand in front of high-intent shoppers using formats like banners, backlits, digital panels, escalator wraps, standees, and floor clings positioned throughout premium shopping centers.
